We offer you certain choices about what information we collect from you, howe we use and
disclose the information, and how we communicate with you.

for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts,
confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. You may choose not to
receive marketing emails from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in the marketing
emails you receive from us, by sending an email to info@windersocialapp.com Even if
you opt out of receiving such communications, we will continue sending you
non-marketing email communications, such as administrative or transaction alerts, or

from. Wonder Social strives to make it easy to sign up to receive texts as well as
opt out of text messages. You may choose to opt out from the text messages we send

- Cookies: Web browsers may offer users the ability to disable
certain types of cookies; however if cookies are disabled, some features or
functionality of our Services may not function correctly; and
- Targeted Advertising: We may potentially work with advertising
services who collect information about your online activities and provide you with
choices regarding the use of your browsing behavior for purposes of targeted
advertising.
- Location Data: We collect and use location information only to
enable the nearby users feature within the app. Location access is requested through
Apple’s standard system permission prompt and is entirely optional. Granting
location permission alone does not make a user visible to others.
- User Consent and Manual Check-In: Users have full control over
whether their location is visible to others. Location visibility is enabled only
when a user manually chooses to activate the “Make Me Visible” option. This option
is turned off by default and must be explicitly enabled by the user each time they
wish to appear on the map.
- Temporary Location Sharing: When enabled, location visibility is
temporary and automatically expires after one hour. Location visibility is also
disabled automatically when the app is closed or restarted. There is no automatic,
persistent, or background location sharing.
- Ability to Decline or Disable Location Sharing: Users may decline
location permission or disable location visibility at any time. The app remains
functional even if location access is not granted or if location visibility is
turned off.
- Blocking and User Safety: Users can block other users at any time.
When a user is blocked, they can no longer view profiles, communicate, or see each
other’s location within the app.
- Data Retention: Location data is stored only for the duration of an
active manual check-in. Once the check-in expires, is turned off, or the app is
closed, the location data is no longer used or displayed.
- Data Sharing: We do not sell or share location data with third
parties. Location information is used solely within the app to provide the nearby
users feature and user-initiated interactions.
